Become An Affordable Housing Supporter
Partnering with a national housing service, the Foundation For the Challenged
applies its financial resources to secure affordable housing for individuals
with developmental disabilities.
Our ability to make more affordable housing available is limited only by our ability to finance home purchases. Therefore, the Foundation works to match our own funds with those from affordable-housing grants and from donations and grants we receive from individuals, corporations and other organizations interested in supporting our charitable purpose.
Because the Foundation also engages in other charitable activities, donor or grant contributions may be “restricted” specifically for use in making homes more affordable for individuals with developmental disabilities. We guarantee that one hundred percent of such donations and grants will be used for affordable housing.
